What the form collects
The Start a Review form collects a work email, company, workflow or area, an optional deadline or decision date, an optional public or source link, and the case description you write. The form accepts no file upload.
Why we use it
Submitted information is used to review, respond to and scope the request. If an engagement begins, information relevant to that engagement may become part of the client record.
What not to submit
Do not submit passwords, credentials or unnecessary sensitive or confidential material. Private source material is handled separately after scope is agreed.
Retention
Inquiries that do not become an engagement are retained for up to 90 days and then deleted. Engagement-related information may be retained as part of the client record under the applicable engagement terms.
Service providers
Service, hosting and database providers may process submitted information on Scoriors’ behalf as needed to operate this site and the intake workflow.
Your requests
To request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you submitted, contact hello@scoriors.com. Requests are handled subject to applicable obligations.
